I'm Thomas Costante and I've been a managing agent at FWH & Associates since May of 2012. I've helped members throughout the state of Florida navigate complex options to find the right insurance plans that fit their individual needs. Myself and our team of agents are here to assist our members personally with any questions and guide our members in an ever changing industry.
In my free time, I enjoy spending it with my wife, 2 kids and dog. We love going to the beach and just spending quality time together.

As the Director of Operations, I manage the company’s daily activities. This includes recruiting and appointing new agents, ensuring all office locations are operational, distributing and monitoring all commissions, handling any compliance issues and managing all key financials. I pride myself in excellent leadership and organizational abilities. In addition to my management skills, I am also a licensed health and life insurance agent. Being able to understand the agent perspective is a huge advantage when bringing on new team members.
When I am not at work, I love to spend time with my husband and 3 kids. We are a very sports and activity-oriented family so staying busy is very easy for us!

As the Operations Assistant at FWH & Associates, Inc. I play a vital role in supporting the Operations Manager with various behind-the-scenes tasks that are essential for keeping our agency running smoothly. In addition to my administrative responsibilities, I am a licensed insurance agent, this allows me to provide our members with informed and reliable service.
Outside of work, I enjoy embarking on new adventures with my family, diving into a good book, and indulging in delicious food.
